Outzeen is proudly based in Munich, Germany. We work with fulfillment partners and warehouses globally—your next favorite tee might be closer than you think.

Most of our items are unisex and designed for a relaxed or oversized streetwear fit. You’ll find a size chart in each product gallery to guide your choice. Still unsure? Our team is happy to help—just email us at info@outzeen.com.

You can pay securely at checkout using credit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), PayPal, or instant bank transfer.

We ship worldwide. No matter where you’re repping Outzeen, we’ve got you covered.

We put heart and time into every product, so we always recommend checking our size chart or reaching out before ordering. That said, if your item doesn’t fit, you’re welcome to return it.

Here’s how it works:

• Email info@outzeen.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Return the product within 14 days of receiving it.
• Items must be unused and in original condition, including all packaging and labels.
• Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 14 business days using the same payment method.

Please note:

• Return shipping is not covered by Outzeen—you’ll need to arrange and cover that yourself.
• We currently cannot provide prepaid shipping labels.
• If you want a different size or style, please place a new order.

Important: Sale items are final sale. No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted for items bought at a discounted price. Please double-check before completing your purchase.
